Why is membership so important?

Membership in the Rehoboth Beach Homeowners' Association [RBHA] gives homeowners and residents of the City of Rehoboth Beach a voice in the community, and a means to be informed about important issues.

Who can join?

Membership is open to property owners, individuals who have lived in the City for six [6] months or more, individuals registered to vote in City elections, and the spouses, partners, or significant others for all eligible individuals.
