Draft Tree Ordinance

Here is the latest draft document produced by the City’s Park & Shade Tree Commission.  It includes an Appendix (A) deliniating residential tree requiremnts by lot size.  Hard copies are available from City Hall.  For your infomation further meetings on this matter are planned; they will be scheduled after the CDP Open House.
